Ease Into Ashtanga

Essential 3 is proud to present the first run of Ease Into Ashtanga. This
fabulous yoga DVD was created with the excellent instructors at the Yoga-
Hawaii school in Honolulu. Tania Jo Ingraham and Rupali have created the Ease
Into Ashtanga curriculem as a perfect entry to the Vinyasa (breath and
movement) style of Ashtanga. This DVD truely creates a manageble way to
approach the active sytle of Ashtanga. This DVD utilizes the latest dual layer
DVD technology to provide over 3 1/2 hours of video content. The DVD contains
two elements. The first element is instructional, teaching all the postures in
the primary series of Ashtanga and also offers modifications for each of the
poses. The second element is the 75 minute flow series. You may also select
from a 30 minute, 40 minute, 50 minute or 60 minute routine. Multiple Teacher
Voices: Using your DVD remote you can select your teacher for the practice.
Rupali, Diane or Tania. You can even select their voices without music and
select your own music from your stereo or ipod. Shot entirely on location in
Hawaii. This DVD features a beautiful ambient soundtrack by renowned British
musician Rob Palmer.
