flavonol, a sub-sub-group of polyphenols found in green tea. Polyphenols have
been used in ayurvedic medicine for centuries and occur organically in plants.
This compound is most commonly found in green tea as well as dark chocolate.
Epicatechin has undergone numerous studies; epicatechin is believed to promote
muscle growth and subsequently strength while also lowering LDL through its
antioxidant properties. In conjunction with its antioxidant properties,
